Returns, Damaged Products or Defective Products

We take pride in providing the best products at the highest quality. Every Popper & Gift Set is hand assembled with your customer's satisfaction in mind. We know that you will have the occasional customer return issue.

Customer Returns: If a customer returns a product due to a defect or has a warranty concern, DO NOT replace any product for them. We have developed a customer service department that handles all defective/warranty claims and you have our word that we will satisfy all your customers' needs. Have them call the customer service department at 877-888-7077. We will not credit any product replaced for or returned by a customer for you. And we will not ship out a replacement to your location such as warranty lids or pans for customer returns.

Damaged Products: If you have a product arrive at your location damaged by the carrier, we ask that you notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with UPS or Fedex Ground. The carrier may contact you within 7 - 10 days to examine the product, after that you may dispose of the damaged items. Upon notifying us, we will replace or issue a credit based on the information provided.

Defective Products: If a product you ordered arrives defective. Call us at 877-888-7077 & request an R/A number & we will either credit or replace the product based on the information provided. All defective claims must be filed within 14 Days of Shipment/Invoice Date.

Confirmation and Availability
Wabash Valley Farms makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.

In-stock items are generally shipped within 3 days. If there is a problem with your order you will be contacted with details. We can also ship your order on your company's own UPS or Fed Ex acct per your request.

Items shipped by UPS Ground may take longer, depending on your location. Special and Custom orders may also take longer to process.
