Poppycock Candy Corn

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or 5 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup popcorn
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond flavoring
  • Almonds or other nuts, chopped

Instructions

Place all ingredients, except nuts, into the stovetop popcorn popper. Cook on medium-high heat, stirring continuously. After the popping process, stir in almonds or other nuts. Cool on cookie sheet.
