Blend the five spices in a small jar. Makes enough seasoning for approximately 12 cups popcorn. Store at room temperature in the sealed jar.
Pop the popcorn, using 1 teaspoon of canola oil. Remove the popcorn from the popper and lightly spray the warm popped corn with vegetable cooking spray. Sprinkle with the herb and spice blend to taste. Toss well and serve. Virtually fat free.
