3rd Party Retailers on Amazon

Can Wabash Valley Farms Products be listed on Amazon?

In an effort to increase brand awareness and customer satisfaction, Wabash Valley Farms has instituted a channel policy on Amazon. Under this new channel policy, Wabash Valley Farms’ authorized resellers are no longer able to use Amazon as a marketplace to sell brands under Wabash Valley Farms.

All Wabash Valley Farms Amazon listings are in the process of being gated to better protect the integrity of the brand and its’ pricing. If you currently sell Wabash Valley Farms products exclusively on Amazon, current and future purchase orders will not be fulfilled. Purchase orders will continue to be fulfilled for resellers adhering to this policy who sell on other platforms.

If you participate in the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program, we understand that you may have units of our items in Amazon’s fulfillment centers and would prefer to maintain your listing for these products until these units are sold out. We realize that it may take some time for these units to sell out. We simply ask that you not restock these FBA items. Our goal will be to have the stock levels depleted by March 31st, 2020. Any stock remaining after this time should be sold through a sales channel other than Amazon.

Any listings created on Amazon that are duplicates to our current inventory list offered to resellers will be merged with the correct ASIN.

While we are making this important change in how we manage the Amazon.com sales channel for our products, we remain very committed to helping you succeed with the Wabash Valley Farms line. Please let us know how we can work together to grow your business outside of Amazon.

YOUR Customer Questions

Does popcorn have an expiration date?

No, popcorn does not have an expiration date. As long as it stays in an airtight container, it will retain it's moisture and stay fresh.

What do I do if my Whirley Pop breaks or malfunctions?

Notify the folks at Wabash Valley Farms directly to get replacement parts delivered to your doorstep if needed.

Why is the Real Theater Oil a solid instead of a liquid?

The Real Theater Oil is coconut oil. A characteristic of coconut oil is that it changes its consistency based on the temperature. Colder temperatures keep the oil at in a more solid state and as it warms up the oil will become liquid. It does not hurt the quality of the oil if it changes consistency back and forth.

Where is the best place to store my popping kernels prior to use?

The ideal place to store your popping kernels is in a dry, cool cupboard. Take care to keep them out of the refrigerator or freezer, as this can speed up moisture loss.
