Ingredients
- 6 cups popped popcorn
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Mayonaise
Instructions
After popcorn has cooled combine ingredients into a large bowl. Mix thouroughly and serve.
Additional Comments:
- Depending on which color of bell pepper used, you may want to substitute green onion for the red onion. Quantities can vary according to preferences. Surprisingly good.
